Students and adults will create a respectful, welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and supported as measured by CRSE practice evident in the curriculum and all schools implementing their SEL plans.

By June 2021, District 19 school leaders, assistant principals, and teacher leaders will engage in instructional leadership professional learning grounded in the hallmarks of advanced literacies embedded in the new rigorous curricula (Wit and Wisdom, Eureka Math) to provide support and ensure its effective implementation, which will strengthen the instructional core, and provide access to learning and differentiated support for all learners resulting in at least 10% increase in student achievement for all subgroups (MLL, SWDs, G&T, Boys of Color ).
